Volunteer Cheque Commitment Form

In an effort to continue to keep registration FEES LOW and the association ORGANIZED we have implemented the Volunteer Policy. 

With an ever-growing association we need more than the Executive Members to keep things moving smoothly - we have over 500 kids playing each year!!

How the Volunteer Cheque process works:

Fill in ONLINE registration

Choose one option/athlete online.
IF you do not fulfill option, and register online, at season end your form of payment (Credit Card) will be charged the $75 volunteer fee (U7 - U23) or $25 (U4 Blastball & U5 Tball)

Volunteer Options will be posted as they become available, options include, but are not limited to: 

1. COACH a team

2. BE the team MANAGER

3. Be the team UMPIRE ADVOCATE

4. Work CASINO (Date TBA)

5. Help with HOUSE ASSESSMENTS - APRIL. 7th

6. Help with DIAMOND CLEAN UP (Dates TBA)

7. Help with REP Assesments. **MUST HAVE BALL EXPERIENCE (Feb 3,4,10,11,17)

8. Help plan WINDUP for Blastball

9. Be a Blastball location supervisor

10. Paint Blastball fields

11. Be an Umpire Mentor

12. Help with Diamond Maintenance for the Southern Alberta Softball Series (May 10, 11, 12) - this entails raking diamonds, putting out bases and lines fields

Additionally, you could JOIN THE EXECUTIVE as a Division Coordinator!
