MHMSA has worked very hard and is excited to share with you all that we are now a DUAL AFFILIATED association both with SOFTBALL ALBERTA & LITTLE LEAGUE ALBERTA.
What does this mean?
This opens up a few more opportunities for kids to play. Through Little League, under their SOFTBALL umbrella, we can send
SOFTBALL teams to compete in tournament play at a competitive level.
Other Information:
*Each season MHMSA will assess whether we have interest of players and coaches to create teams to play through Littke League 'softball'.
*Any team wishing to compete at LL Softball MUST compete at the provincial level through SOFTBALL ALBERTA.
*All provincial team guidelines listed within MHMSA policies applies to both Softball Alberta and Little League teams.
*To note: players MUST compete in MHMSA House League to play on any MHMSA Provincial/Rep team.
~Little League Softball teams are WOMEN/GIRLS only.
~Softball Alberta provincial teams offer Girls, Boys and Co-Ed team creation options - depending on age group.
